To use the product, apply the granules while wearing gloves. Lay down bands 4 to 5 inches wide to repel garter snakes and 8 to 12 inches wide to repel rattlers. For yard application, sprinkle the Snake-A-Way throughout the area within the perimeter. When the odor becomes faint, reapply. The formula contains naphthalene (7%) and sulfur (28%) as its active ingredients.
